Merewood Healthcare Services Limited staff are available 24 hours every day of the year via the same telephone and email address. Our office is
opened Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm plus a dedicated 24-7 on call service in the night through Saturday and Sunday all hours. We pride ourselves on being spot on in covering last minute emergencies with our out of hours loyal service staff.
MerewoodHealthcare Services Limited have a dedicated compliance division divided into the new recruits’ compliance and the rolling compliance. This ensures strict compliance to the standards required by the framework. Once candidates are recruited, we take them through a rigorous compliance process as set out by the framework and only then are they passed over for availability.
On going compliance is ensured as all file documents are stored centrally and the system automatically pre-warns before any key documents become out of date.
